How to put on a condom

1. Put on a condom when the penis is fully erect, before there is contact between the penis and your partner. Fluid released from the penis during the early stages of erection may contain sperm and organisms that can caused STD's.
2. Open the comdom package and carefully remove the condom.
3. Squeeze the closed end (the tip) of the condom between your forefinger and thumb to avoid any air being trapped inside and place the condom over the erect penis. Be sure that the roll is on the outside.
4. While continueing to squeeze the closed end of the condom, use your other hand to unroll it gently down the full length of the penis.
