How much is shipping?
If you live in the US and order more than $50 worth of merchandise then ground shipping is free. Other shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and your shipping address. The shipping rate(s) will be displayed before the order is complete, but after you have entered your address into the checkout form.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Online security is one of our top priorities. Your payment information will be entered through a secured web server utilizing SSL (secure socket layer) technology. That information is then encrypted with military grade encryption. In five years of conducting business online we have never had any information stolen from our system.

Is shipping and billing discreet?
We ship in new, unmarked boxes with the corporate name "DRS, Inc." displayed as the return address and on credit card bills. We never sell customer's contact information and we do not send junk mail. We take every step in protecting your privacy.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy for any reason, just send the item back for an exchange or refund. Please include a short note letting us know which you would like. For health reasons we can not accept novelty sextoys once they have been opened or used. Thank you for understanding.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, money orders and cashier checks. Our system will allow you to choose between paying with a credit card online or mailing in your payment. If you choose to mail in your payment it will complete the order and give you a invoice number to reference on your payment as well as the address to send it. Cashier checks and money orders must be payable in US dollars.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2 days. Merchandise can sometimes become backordered which may add brief delays. If you have any concern about how long it will take to deliver your order please email us and we will check availability.
