If you’ve visited our main lingerie shop recently you may have noticed we have a new look. It isn’t a drastic change by any means, we believe our simple, yet elegant style fits our image and we didn’t want to make any major changes to it–but we did want to make some minor adjustments that would improve the user experience for lots of people.

In fact, most of the changes were “under the hood” stuff intended to speed up our page loading times and to improve the navigation of our site. Our goal was to make browsing, searching and using PeppyWear.com as fast and easy as we possibly could for you.

One major addition we’ve made, and I’m really excited about this, is that we’ve added a User Ratings and Reviews widget to our product detail pages where visitors and customers can give their actual and unsolicited opinions on the items in our catalog.

It’s one thing to show our visitors the product promotional images and try to give full descriptions on items, or to write about some of the items we offer that I like best here on this blog… but by providing you with an open venue to share your honest thoughts and opinions on specific products will hopefully add a whole new level of value for you.

We have just installed this new feature and aren’t adding any reviews ourselves so that the ratings and review comments are strictly between actual site visitors and customers, so the majority of our catalog right now will have no ratings or reviews posted yet.

For this to be of value for you it will depend on our visitors and customers participating by clicking on the ratings stars and/or leaving a brief review or comment–so I encourage you to use this feature as you browse and shop our site.

The ratings and reviews widget is located on product detail pages just beneath the “Add to Shopping Bag” buttons, and when you rate or review a product it is added instantly without requiring the page to reload, making it super easy and fast for you to use.
